Pleasantly surprised

All I can say is wow.. Well no, I actually have more to say! When I first started reading I was like 'uh huh yeah, ok another book that gives advice but doesn't REALLY give direction' because some of the stuff I was already doing, but as I kept reading I was really shocked as she began pulling back those layers! Things REALLY hit home for me, especially when she was talking about that feeling of being 'stuck' and then actually offered some REAL advice on how to get 'unstuck'! My words really can't express how great I thought this book was as it all came together and gave that feeling of 'hope' and 'it's possible for me too'!! LOVED IT!!

A Guide to the Rest of Your Life

I really enjoyed reading Maryann's new book. It helped me through those days where I ask myself "am I really here?" and "I wish I can go back in time to keep this from happening to me". This book is a great pick me up with many great suggestions on how to move your life in a positive direction. Life is really what you make it and this book serves as a really great guide for when we hit a roadblock in life and don't know where to turn. Whether your feeling down or happier than ever in life, it is always nice to explore new and unique ways to enhance your mood, situation and self esteem.

Great Guide

This is a great guide to empowering yourself, physically and mentally. There's some useful strategies that will help you take control of your current circumstances, deal with your emotions, improve your relationships, adapt to any environment, and much more. By following these strategies, you can take charge of your life and transform it to something meaningful. I especially enjoyed the section where the author includes a list of links and resources for one to apply. I can't wait to start implementing these strategies in my own life.
