This should be called Leadership 101!!

This is an excellent book for all Managers or Supervisors who want to become Leaders. The book is laid out in an easy to follow fashion, and I love the personal stories that are interspersed in the book.
If you can't find 9 minutes at the beginning of your work week to improve your leadership and most importantly enhance your relationships with those who work for you, then you might want to find another vocation.

Do not spend your money on this book. Amazon needs to give a refund on dull books like this. Same old principles written in a different way. Like every other leadership book, but worse.
